The application form below is for all missions. Please complete all eight pages and send form electronically by the due date specified below. Please make sure that all fields are completed to expedite the process. You will be contacted regarding your safe environment training requirement per the Archdioceses of Galveston-Houston if you have never taken the course or are not current. The course must be taken every five years. All must have this on-line training to attend mission. Please e-mail the application to: [email protected] The fee for the Costa Rica Mission is $1500 inclusive of all transportation, airfare, meals and lodging. A non-refundable payment of $600 is due by February 1st, 2025. Balance due by March 22, 2025.
